The 20th Annual Conference of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) has been scheduled for the 21st to 23rd August, 2012 at the New Chelsea Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria. The Theme of this year\'s conference is: The Training Function and the Bottom-line: A new perspective The Conference, which would attract over 500 Training and Human Resources Practitioners from the public and private sectors would be a forum where seasoned Training Practitioners brainstorm, interact and update their skills and knowledge and also recommend a roadmap for Training Professionals.
